MEMBERSHIP

To become a full-fledged member of NOBLE, you must join/pay dues BOTH at the National AND Chapter levels.

For New Members: Fill out the National and Chapter membership applications (below) based on the appropriate membership level and bring them to our monthly meetings. NOBLE Washington Metro Chapter meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 6:00 PM at different locations around the DC Metro area..

For Current Members: You can easily pay National and Chapter dues online. Use the buttons below for each dues payment.

Annual National Dues/Membership

Regular Membership

Law enforcement CEOs and command level officials with the rank of Lieutenant or above and federal government law enforcement officials with the grade of GS-13 and above. Civilian criminal justice executives who are active members of a federal, state, or municipal law enforcement agency, or other agency, and whose permanent position is that of Director, Deputy Director, Superintendent, Deputy Superintendent, Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, or Chief Executive Officer of a law enforcement agency or department. Regular Membership Dues are $175 Annually.

Associate Membership

Law enforcement individuals below the rank of Lieutenant, criminal justice educators, and federal government law enforcement individuals with a grade below GS-13. Civilian criminal justice manager/administrator who is currently employed in a federal, state, or municipal law enforcement agency. Associate Member Dues are $125 Annually.

Supporting Membership

Security officers, civilian employees, community supporters and other non-sworn individuals interested in furthering the goals of NOBLE. Supporting Membership Dues are $80 Annually.

Sustaining Membership

Corporations, organizations or individuals interested in furthering the goals of NOBLE. Sustaining Membership Dues are $550 Annually.

Annual Chapter Dues/Membership

All Chapter Members

Chapter Dues for each calendar year are payable anytime from October 1 (of the year prior) to January 31 without any late fee. Dues for new members are welcome at any time. You can use the link below (forthcoming) to access the Online Chapter application form.
